What “done right” means
- The internet cuts, and the day’s sales are gone and work goes on.
- You are away from work, and you cannot see how it is going and the day’s numbers are on your phone.
- Someone makes a mistake, and it is quietly erased and it is corrected, with who and when.
- Your staff log in, and everyone sees your profits and each person sees only their part.
- A customer owes you, and no one knows how much and it is on record, with the date.
- The exchange rate moves, and old totals stop matching and each sale keeps its own rate.
